Elena Kagan

Does this person deserve a spot as a Supreme Court Justice? I won't say no, but I just think that somewhere in this country there have to be at least 100 hard working career judges from lower courts without the ties to Goldman Sachs, that aren't friends of Obama's, and aren't Jewish that deserve the job. Also, as Solicitor General Kagan's job is to argue the government's case in court. If polygraph results were used as evidence in court our government would have a very shitty record. Anyone who would consciously argue our government's case over just about anything definitely should not have even the least bit of trust entitled to them let alone have the ability to influence of quality of life as citizens of the U.S. via Supreme Court rulings.
