more joys of ebay

Isn't ebay great? I love the site but some of the most degenerate, lying, fucking bitches sell on ebay.

Here's an example.

On October 8, my wife paid for two pocket knives I won ( my current collecting craze). The knives came to $20.99 without shipping. I requested the total because I usually pay immediately to get it out of the way. An invoice came back and in addition to the $20.99 for the knives the shipping ( $5.95 Priority Mail is what is listed in each listing, the items ending exactly 1 minute apart) he writes "I'll just call it an even $10". What? These two knives weigh a total of less than a pound and he's going to charge me at least $3.50 extra. I say "what the fuck" and give him his money. These happened to be part of my birthday (October 18) gifts. So, on the 16th I'm still waiting, so I email the guy and ask "what's going on? where's my stuff?" No reply. So I file a dispute with Paypal's gay ass so they could get the ball rolling. In the mean time I email him again asking the status of my stuff or if he has a tracking number for me. Something. No reply. So now it is early on the 17 and I raise the dispute to a claim because something is obviously wrong. Now I get a reply later in the day. He gives me the " I never do business this way, but I've been so sick I couldn't leave my house, and this is my first time out of bed in days", etc. But no apology. He also tells me he's thinking of mailing my stuff out on the 19th. I tell him that these were in fact a gift for the 18th and with this bullshit I don't even want the knives anymore, but I would like my money back. He avoids the refund thing and even says he'll send it out next day mail. No, I'd rather have my money. So here it is a week later and still nothing. Paypal is waiting on him, and they've given him to the 27th, a full 19 days after I paid for it, 12 days after I opened the dispute, and 9 days after my birthday. So this morning I was thinking about his lying ass "I'm damn near dead sick" excuse and I decided to look and see had anyone got their stuff in recent days from him. Sure enough some guy that whose item ended exactly when my did (to the minute) got his item 4 days ago. So much for his near-death experience.

Anyway this guy goes by the ebay name richieg4 (Richard Guarini of Medford, Mass.). He is a no-good, cocksucking, lying ass, punk bitch.
