Cheney, Obama, and the troops

Why is there an argument here about who did what and how? Cheney is an asshole for starting the war that we are still not winning 8 years later. Obama is maybe even more of an asshole for not cutting his losses and instead sending more young Americans to either be obliterated physically and mentally or in need of re-assembly when they come back. The only "right" here doesn't exist yet. Bring our people home and stop murdering their people.
